With a background in Human Resources and a deep commitment to social impact, he established MEV Foundation to create opportunities for young people to discover their potential and transform their communities.

His work integrates leadership, storytelling, arts, and youth development to build sustainable pathways for future generations — rooted in the conviction that every young person deserves a platform to be heard.
